This spacious open-design home with vaulted wood ceilings is on a private two-acre site. It has three bedrooms, a pool room with trundle bed, plus an extra sleeping area in a loft above the garage – ideal for the summer months. Enjoy two full baths, a huge game room, two-car garage, and a shaded rear deck that overlooks a large private pond.
Your Sunriver Retreat easily accommodates 8-10 adults and as many as 12 in the summer months. The custom-built home has many large windows which bring wonderful bright 
daylight into the home for year 'round enjoyment. Each of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed with thick pillowtop mattresses, and there is a daybed in the game room that opens into two comfortable twin beds.
The separate game room is just off the kitchen and features a slate-bed pool table. It can provide great entertainment for kids during the vacation stay (and their parents, too!).
Between the house and the garage, step down the walk to the spa pavilion. Relax in the large hot tub with cedar lined walls and warm red light after a hard day's recreation. Close the door for utmost privacy.
There are no close neighboring homes and the back yard has a constant parade of wildlife for viewing - you may see deer, elk, raccoons, otters, eagles, hawks, herons, wild geese and ducks, a beaver plus a fascinating assortment of smaller birds. Spring and fall are particularly good times for bird-watching, as the home site is on a major migration route.
The interior furnishings have all been chosen for maximum comfort - thick pillowtop mattresses, goosedown comforters and cushy wildlife themed sofas. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a wide variety of tools and utensils, dishwasher, microwave oven, dishes, serving bowls, and silverware and large roaster for special holiday events. Cooking basics are also available for you to use. All linens and bedding are provided. We recommend that you bring your own beach towels.
Other amenities include: Wireless cable internet, big-screen TV, cable service with TVs in each bedroom, VCR/DVD, stereo systems, washer & dryer, gas BBQ, wood stoves with firewood, books, games, 300 + video collection, a fenced dog run (see photo below) w/ custom dog house, and two-car garage.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
- Well-mannered pets are allowed. There is a large dog run and house w/ acres of places begging to be sniffed. We just ask that pets be kept off the furniture and that you pick up after them outside.
